Are there resorts in Florida that are not affected by the oil spill?

Can u smoke at give kids the world resort ( Orlando Florida)?

no.. they do not allow it since someone complained with llung cancer in 2002

Are there any all-inclusive resorts in the Florida Keys, or at least any that have all-inclusive options?

I'm looking around for all inclusive resorts in key west as well
I've come across The Little Palm Island resort, it looks amazing and fun.
